Are non-subscribers counted as matches?
The ExpeDiet matching system does not include individuals who have registered to receive our free newsletter. Only paying members can be matched.

Same sex diet partners?
The ExpeDiet matching system is designed to match highly compatible men and women who are seeking a successful diet partnership.

A co-ed partnership can be a great opportunity to work on dieting together and share each others perspective in a safe environment. On the other hand, there may be gender specific dieting issues that members may want to share only with other members of the same sex. The gender of your match will depend on the selection you make when entering your Member Profile. The ExpeDiet has no restrictions with regard to gender matching.

How do I communicate directly with a match?
All communication is done anonymously through the ExpeDiet website until members mutually agree to a partnership. When agreement has been reached, members are provided with contact information and are free to communicate directly.

How do I edit my diet Member Profile?
To edit your Member Profile (this is the information your matches are  based on), please login to your ExpeDiet account, select the "Search Profile" tab and make any necessary changes in your profile. Go to the bottom of the page and click on SUBMIT when you are finished.

Matches are generated based on your updated member profile information and your new profile is automatically saved for your next session.
